We love burgers. And we love wine. So the idea of Big Fernand and The Remedy collaborating for a Natural wine and Hamburgé Salon sounds just peachy to us. This one night event will see The Remedy heading over to Big Fernand on Percy Street where they'll be hosting a mini wine bar pairing natural and biodynamic wines by the glass for a fiver with Big Fernand’s burgers.
So there'll be La Garnacha Olivdada de Aragon – an old vine garnacha from Asturias, Northern Spain matched with the ‘Le Bartholome’ beef burger with bacon and Raclette cheese and Domaine des Huards Romo – a pure, honey and citrus Romorantin matched with Big Fernand’s ‘Le Victor’ veal burger with caramelized onions and Fourme d’Ambert blue cheese.
What sounds unmissable though is the special wine and burger flight (pictured) - three Big Fernand sliders, each paired with a unique wine chosen by The Remedy - yours for £15. Buy it in advance.
