It's just over a month before Easter, but the ETM Group of bars (The Jugged Hare, The Gun and more) already have their Easter special planned - an Easter bunny in a burger. Their special Hot Cross Bunny Burger is a rabbit patty with smoked bacon, mushroom and topped with a Lincolnshire rarebit and for that final Easter touch, sandwiched between a sweet hot cross bun. Surely this is THE Easter burger to beat?
It's £12.50 and also comes with thick-cut chips, carrot mustard slaw and a bottle of Long Arm Brewing Co. craft beer.
