Now THIS looks like an impressive burger! It's the fruits of a mash-up between The Blues Kitchen and Pizza Pilgrims which goes on the Blues Kitchen menu for February.
So let's break this burger all down. It's all made of:
- Dry-aged Angus & Shorthorn steak patty
- between a bun made with genuine Parmigiano Reggiano
- covered with smoked buffalo mozzarella from Caserta, Calabria and Pizza Pilgrim’s signature melted nduja from Spilinga, Calabria, fresh basil and San Marzano tomato ketchup
- and topped with a creamy truffle mac'n'cheese arancini.
Practically a meal all in itself, then. Pizza Pilgrims will be following up with a Blues Kitchen pizza in March and until then you can get this massive burger in either the Camden, Shoreditch or Brixton Blues kitchen for £15 all February long.
