There are changes afoot for Finsbury Park's Salvation in Noodles, which is temporarily giving up the kitchen to the Malaysian street food folk at Sambal Shiok.
They'll be taking over the entire kitchen for the period and the curry laksa that was a recent hit at the Newman Arms will be making a return as well nasi lemak, beef rendang, satay and potsticker dumplings. And there will be vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Salvation in Noodles will be back in the kitchen afterwards - and they'll still be over in Dalston if you crave some ramen in the meantime.
