Tonkotsu ramen comes to Notting Hill

Tonkotsu Notting Hill

A new Tonkotsu is always good news and this latest sees them heading a little more west than usual, coming to Notting Hill, right around the corner from the Electric Cinema.

This Tonkotsu will also be a small departure from the rest, as they're aiming for a counter-style ramen bar of the kind you'll find in Tokyo. Inside they'll have some old favourite ramen dishes as well as the Tonkotsu classics - homemade gyoza and chicken karaage - plus some new dishes that will be unique to the Notting Hill Tonkotsu.

And you'll be able to try the new Tonkotsu beer that they've just started brewing and is available in all their restaurants. In conjunction with Melissa Cole and the guys at 40FT Brewery they've created matcha beer (which you can also get as a six-pack to take home from Selfridges Foodhall).

Tonkotsu Notting Hill opens at 7 Blenheim Crescent, W11 2EE on February 5 - and will have a soft launch with 50% off food from 5-6 Feb. It'll be open Mon-Fri 12-3, 5-10.30, Sat and Sun all day 12-10.30pm. Find out more from them on Twitter @tonkotsulondon
