We do love a Crosstown doughnut and this new collaboration with Caravan is right up our street. It's the first of a new range of doughnuts where they'll be teaming up with UK producers to add single origin ingredients. They're starting with coffee but look out for chocolate and whisky doughnuts coming soon.
This creation will be a sourdough coffee doughnut featuring the Caravan Coffee Roasters’ Bosque bean three ways: a coffee custard filling topped with a coffee glaze and finished with a dusting of finely ground beans. The whole thing will have at least one shot of coffee in it - so just what you need to kick start your morning.
The Caravan/Crosstown doughnut will be at Crosstown Soho, Exmouth and King's Cross from Monday 9 November as well as Caravan King's Cross and Exmouth. You'll have until the end of December to get your coffee doughnut fix. Fonf out more from them on Twitter @CrosstownDough
