A new weekend pop-up is heading to Shoreditch, setting up shop for weekends only at Crisis Cafe on Commercial Street.
It's going for a communal dining experience. So there will be shareable starter plates and what they call "dig-in main dishes" of all types of pig.
And yes, it will be very piggy (with ciders, craft beers and wines to wash it all down). On the menu will be:
- Pig’s Cheek & Black Pudding Nuggets
- Crispy Shredded Pig’s Ear
- Pulled Pork Shoulder
- Sweet & Sour glazed Chilli Ribs
It'll all come to £25 a head - and that will include a Bacon Salt Infused Bloody Mary before the meal, a sharing starter plate, the main event and dessert.
Oink - Swine Dining is open Fridays & Saturdays (7.30pm – close) at Crisis Cafe, 66 Commercial St, London, E1 6LT from 3 July. Find out more from them on Twitter @OinkSwineDining
