It's not often that you can guarantee that Gordon Ramsay will be in the kitchen when you're booking one of his restaurants - but there's one upcoming night when he definitely will be. And that's because June 10 will mark the 25th year since his first service "as a chef" in London restaurants (that's either at Harvey's or Le Gavroche - our maths isn't great).
On the 10th, Ramsay and Pétrus Head Chef Neil Snowball will be in the kitchen of Pétrus, cooking up a seven course meal including:
- Grilled Scottish lobster
- Asparagus lasagne and Oscietra Royal caviar
- Herdwick lamb, green pepper and smoked olive tapenade
- and Black Forest (that's a signature dish of Neil Snowball)
It's not cheap at £175 and if you REALLY want to see how Ramsay acts in his own kitchen, that'll cost you £450 each to sit at the kitchen table.
It's all on 10 June and you can book now by emailing petrus@gordonramsay.com and there's more information here.
Petrus is at 1 Kinnerton Street, London SW1X 8EA.
