  • Whole roasted Segovian style suckling pig, slow roasted with white wine, onions, garlic and herbs.

There will also be Spanish brunch at weekends and a jamon counter too. That will have acorn-fed Ibérico black pig ham from D.O.s Extremadura, Guijuelo, Pedroches and Huelva, cured for a minimum of 32 months. It'll be available to take away too.

As for drinks, expect Spanish craft beers, Madrid’s Mahou lager on draft and a Spanish wine list (which was Imbibe's Spanish Wine List of the Year 2014 at the original Camino).

Camino Bankside will open at 5 Canvey Street, The Blue Fin Building, London, SE1 9NA in June 2015. For more, follow them on Twitter @CaminoLondon
