There's a new Vietnamese Banh Mi shop opening up in Soho as Whaam Banh Mi prepares to open its doors on Great Windmill Street. They'll be specialising in those Vietnamese sandwiches (which are made to be lighter than french bread equivalents). Expect sandwiches along the lines of Asian BBQ Shredded Pork, Lemongrass Chicken and Ginger & Chilli Tofu as well as Vietnamese coffees supplied by The Saigon Coffee Company and Blacksheep Coffee.
Plus they'll be having a soft launch too. That'll be on 8 April there will be 50% off food - but you have to subscribe to them on their website.
