On the must-visit list this weekend is a trip to the new bar at Blixen in Spitalfields. Opening this evening, the basement cocktail bar adds a new dimension to Clive Watson's new East London all day dining spot.
The bar menu is still being worked on, but Hot Dinners has has a sneak peek at the cocktail list. So expect to find a House Bellini for £9, a Ferula Mule (made with Stoli Citros vodka and pepped up with ginger, lemon, fennel bitters, soda, lemon and thyme (£8). There's also a special G&T made with Xoriguer Mahon gin on the seven strong cocktail menu.
The Bllxen cocktail bar opens at 5pm today (13 March 2015) and is open from 5-11pm Monday to Saturday and 5-10pm on Sundays at Blixen, 65a Brushfield Street, London E1 6AA,
