Now firmly ensconced in their permanent Peckham home (and old cash & carry that now houses their 30ft communal dining tables and a wood fired grill), Forzawin are about to kick off their next venture.
Spring Chicken is to run all Spring (naturally) and revolves around whole cooked chicken cooked on
a wood fired spit. The whole menu includes:
- A cocktail on arrival (Forza 75)
- Rabbit terrine, mostarda, sourdough
- Blackened leeks, vinaigrette, parmesan
- Grilled purple sprouting, lemon butter, almonds
- Spit roast 100 day chicken
- Fire baked potatoes
- Chicory, blood orange
- Rhubarb & custard
