This insanely fattening looking bit of fast food to hit the London scene is the Holy Cheezus (not to be confused with Byron's Holy Cheesemas which is a different beast altogether). It goes on the menu at The Blues Kitchen tomorrow and to be honest, we think we've put on weight simply by gazing at it too long.
In brief, it's a 7oz ground brisket beef patty topped with bacon, glazed onions and rocket with rye-infused béchamel sauce. Oh and it's in between two crispy grilled cheese sandwiches. This piece of artery-furring sillyness is yours for £12.
The Holy Cheezus launches on 4 March 2015 at The Blues Kitchen in Camden and Shoreditch.
