On New Year's Day the Islington ramen restaurant will be serving up a special, one-off special bowl of ramen made with barbecue short rib, braised oxtail, fried shredded potato, soy egg and teriyaki pumpkin in a beef & chicken bone broth - scientifically proven to beat a hangover.
The meal will be finished off with a chocolate brownie with wasabi and vanilla ice cream.
