It's musical chairs over at Mayfair restaurant The Greenhouse with the news today that their chef of six years, Antonin Bonnet, is leaving in early 2012. In his place, Arnaud Bignon has been appointed the new Executive Chef.
Bignon comes to London from Athens where his four year stint as Executive Head Chef at Spondi saw the restaurant gain two Michelin stars.
Chairman Marlon Abela, commented on the appointment saying: “Arnaud Bignon is a phenomenal and very talented chef...It is a fantastic opportunity for us to develop The Greenhouse’s already outstanding reputation and take it to the next level."
