Following hard on the heels of Street Kitchen which has been wooing diners with its innovative lunch dishes over on Finsbury Avenue Square, we now hear that Cinnamon Square is taking to the streets of the City with its own pop-up restaurant.
Cinammon Square alfresco will be on the terrace at Devonshire Square by Liverpool Street from now until the end of September. It's tucked under the glass roof, so you can still eat here if it rains, and there are seats for 60 people. City workers weary of their usual lunch far can enjoy the likes of Bengali crab cod cakes, Bombay spiced tilapia, Hyderabadi spiced duck pao and aubergine masala. Dishes range between £4 adn £7 or you can pick up an express set-lunch menu for £10.
The pop-up will also be around after work serving up cocktails such as chilli passion caipirinha or spiced martinis alongside a full food menu.
