We were wondering if it could really match our high expectations, based on our immediate love of the New York original. And we're very pleased to report that those expectations were easily matched.

In a nutshell: Borough Market opens a pop-up, which will only use produce and chefs from the Market.

The Dan Barber pop-up, wastED London on the roof at Selfridges, is going to be one of the food highlights of the year in London, but don't just take our word for it. We caught up with the chef himself.
