"These are dishes from two visits; I go back because I’m trying, and failing, to feel the love — and wonder if it’s just me. I have a fine time on my first lunch, but as the pal says afterwards: “We’d have a good time on a park bench with a bag of chips and some Lambrini.”" READ REVIEW

"Crabmeat wreathed in light mayo topped with sprigs of vegetable pickle on batons of finely layered deep-fried potatoes so greaseless they leave no trace on the paper beneath is just a brilliant notion. Let’s call it Modern non-Trump American." READ REVIEW
