The Broadcaster pub and dining room will launch at Television Centre, White City, on 14 October 2021. Set in a striking glass and steel-fronted building with multiple terraces, The Broadcaster is the next project from Open House London, the independent pub group behind the The Lighterman in King’s Cross, and will build on an ambition to celebrate the British pub through great food and drink, contemporary design and a warm welcome.
With a 70-seat ground floor bar and dining area and 60-seat first floor dining room, a second floor and expansive rooftop terrace and garden oasis will open in early 2022. The menu, overseen by Chef Luke Rayment-Blakey, will range from elevated riffs on British pub classics through to dynamic plant-based creations.
The bar will feature classic lagers and stouts as well as craft beers from independent brewers, an extensive wine list from organic and biodynamic British and European winemakers. Seasonal cocktails will include the ‘Pumpkin Fashioned’ made with Buffalo Trace bourbon, spiced pumpkin and orange.
