Plates, the Capital's hottest new restaurant, is partnering with leading marketplace for refurbished devices, Back Market. The partnership aims to take the nation on the same educational journey as food waste, championing the use of refurbished technology and the positive impact it has on the planet.
On 17 September, Chef Kirk Haworth will take guests back in time, creating a menu centred around the UK’s most nostalgic meals using kitchen equipment from Back Market. The exclusive menu will include dishes such as salt and shake house chips, fruit salad with jelly and ice cream, zero fish finger sandwich, lasagna with garlic bread, angel delight and arctic roll with custard.
