To celebrate the launch of their new, vibrant brunch menu, Gamma Gamma, the recently launched Pan Asian tapas restaurant in Soho, is offering Hot Dinners readers 30% either their new brunch menu or their a la carte. The menu will be created by Executive Chef, Jonathan Villar, formerly of MBER and Kopapa, and features gluten and dairy free options.
The large plates will include dishes such as gin spiced lamb bacon: sake cured egg, overnight tomatoes, orange blossom labneh with dates ketchup and pomegranate, a unique take on baked shakshuka: avocado chunks, eggs, merguez sausage, sourdough and an alternative of home cured wagyu corned beef hash: eggs sunny side up, chilli miso jam.
The bowls will feature lighter options such as homemade granola with sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dates, dried apricot, stem ginger, greek yogurt or soy yogurt, manuka honey drizzle and porridge with organic jumbo oats, chia seeds, coconut milk, rhubarb & tamarind jam.
