Available on Saturdays and Sundays (10am-5pm), this brunch menu includes creative takes on classic brunch dishes such as King Crab Benedict (picked red crab, toasted muffins, avocado and smoked chilli with Yuzu lime hollandaise); Crab & Nori Waffles (hot waffles, picked red crab topped with poached eggs, wild rocket and gruyère cheese) and Fancy Crab Hash (a potato and kale hash, marinated heritage tomatoes, duck egg and seaweed butter) as well as the indulgent Buttermilk Blueberry Waffles served with yogurt, maple glaze and toasted hazelnuts and Smashed avocado and chia seed on toasted focaccia, seaweed salad, avocado, chilli, lime and sumac.
