Cook Love at Dinerama sees the team behind Michelin-starred Pied a Terre take on street food

Normally you'd expect to find start-ups using street food as a way to test their food. But a new restaurant hitting London's street food scene already has that expertise in spades. Asia de Cuba is closing after 20 years - but what's taking its place?
