The Good Egg looks to head to Stoke Newington via crowdfunding

From street stall to pop up to a restaurant of his own: Joel Braham, the chef behind the popular Good Egg is launching a crowd funding appeal to help open his very first permanent site. Working with him is former Ottolenghi pastry chef Oded Mizrachi, and executive chef Theo Lewis, from Pizza East.

Harrods opens a shop dedicated to truffles

We rather like the sound of the latest shop that's opened in the Harrods Food Hall, The Truffle Shop, which is - as you might expect - dedicated to all things truffle.

Luppolo neighbourhood pizzeria opening in Wanstead

From the folk behind the Lauriston in Victoria Park, comes Luppolo, a neighbourhood pizzeria with a focus on craft beer.

Luppolo, which means hops in Italian, will serve up stone baked pizza with toppings either made in house or sourced from Italy. There'll also be cured meat and cheese boards on offer too.

Bocaface launches December supper club

Previously seen at Kerb, another street food vendor is setting up inside for December, as Bocaface runs a series of Spanish supperclubs with Black Vanilla in Greenwich throughout December.
