One Two Five Church Street events space and drinking den to open in Stoke Newington

The folk behind Clerkenwell pub the Blacksmith and Toffeemaker, Matt Rix and Marc Dalla-Riva, are branching out northwards with a new place on Stoke Newington Church Street on the site of the former White Rabbit Cocktail Club.

Grilled cheese sandwiches come to Brixton's Salon

We do love a grilled cheese sandwich or three here at Hot Dinners, so we warmly greet the news that a new range has arrived at Brixton's Salon.

Q brings winter BBQ to Canary Wharf with Q on Ice

Not happy with taking over the roof of Selfridges for Christmas, Q Grill are also going east to Canary Wharf for a new pop-up restaurant - Q on Ice.

Selin Kiazim takes over Carousel for three week residency

Following on from Giorgio Locatelli's pizzeria, the next chef to follow him into central London residency spot Carousel is Turkish-Cypriot chef Selin Kiazim. It's the latest place for the former head chef of Kopapa's talents, following another long term residency at Trip Kitchen in East London last year and is part of Selin's strategy to crowdsource money to launch her own restaurant.

Mitsuhiro Araki's sushi restaurant The Araki to open on New Burlington Street
