"Roasted lamb rump, salt-baked turnips, seaweed sauce, nasturtium and smoked spelt could be a wicked parody of the way restaurant food is going or it could be a fabulous assembly — nasturtiums are certainly having their day in the sun — and happily it is the latter. The lamb, slow-cooked, blushes pink and is incredibly tender." READ REVIEW
