Jago is the first restaurant from Louis Solley, who used to head up Ottolenghi in Notting Hill. He's now opening an all-day restaurant in Shoreditch with a focus on European and Ashkenazi inspired cuisine.

"Salt fish, smoked aubergine, parsley and breadcrumbs was inventive and uncompromising, yet its flavours were very pure: you could almost taste where the aubergine met the fish, with the high, grassy parsley skittering above." READ REVIEW
