There's a major new food and drink festival coming to London and we're giving Hot Dinners readers the chance to get a special deal on tickets.
Eat & Drink Festival is taking over Olympia for just over two weeks this Spring. The organisers (the team behind the Ideal Home Show) are bringing together cooks, chefs, restaurants and producers to celebrate trends in modern cuisine, mixology and street food.
We're pretty impressed with the line-up of places to eat they'll have. As part of The Great Eat they'll have amazing burgers from Le Bun, gorgeous buttermilk fried chicken from Butchies and some of the best and freshest crab around from seafood street traders Claw.
If you'd like the chance to see the very latest techniques on display, head for The Foodie Lab where a range of top chefs including Theo Randall, Eric Lanlard, Omar Alibhoy and the Baker Brothers will be putting on masterclasses. Brush up on your kitchen skills with a selection of live demonstrations from top cookery schools at the Cook’s Academy. They will show you all the tricks of the trade from how to season your food for the best flavour or even tips for filleting with precision or tackling some of the trickiest kitchen techniques.
If bars are more your thing, head over to The Drinks Station which is bringing in top mixologists and bar managers, showing you how to mix up some creative cocktails, pair food with wine and beer and - crucially - taste plenty of it yourself.
Don't forget to bring a decent shopping bag with you, because there's also an Artisan Producers Market where you can shop from over 100 independent producers.
