Searcys St. Pancras Restaurant has launched a new dining concept and menu perfect for summer. Highlights include Fizz and Fish Fridays, Express Dining for Europe-Bound Travellers, and a Cocktail Passport, inviting guests on a journey through a list of historically-inspired drinks.

Located in the iconic Kings Cross St. Pancras station, the ‘Gateway to Europe’, Searcys St. Pancras Restaurant boasts new delicious dishes for those looking to fuel up before the Eurostar whisks them away.

The new menu features dishes from Head Chef Colin Layfield, including his signature sharing fish pie made with fresh, seasonal seafood, a moreish creedy carver chicken pie and the beautifully-plated succulent Cornish rump of lamb.
