Situated in Marylebone, the smart new restaurant is paving the way with innovative ‘new Asian’ cuisine. Nirvana weaves together the ingredients and cooking styles of the Indian sub-continent, Thailand and the Far East to create a gourmet pan-Asian odyssey.
The food is a real trip around Asia, combining light and fresh salads with crisp tempura; smooth ceviche with charcoaled meat and fish, and a whole range of spiced curry pots.
The creation of established chef Ani Arora, stand out dishes on the menu include Softshell Crab Tempura with a truffle ponzu and sour mango dip; Beef Bulgogi with purple potatoes chokha and achari carrots and Guineafowl Kushi marinated in soy, chilli and sesame served with grilled lemon and chopped chives.
