The first of three guest chef dates down at Kings Cross's Shrimpy's starts today. Guests on My Grill kicks off with Rochelle Canteen's Margot Henderson, followed by Jeremy Lee on 21 July and Frank & Jackson Boxer on 11 August.
Margot will be on grill duty between 1 and 5pm. Her menu is as follows;
