Pachamama launches a new Spring bottomless pisco brunch

Pachamama launches a new Spring bottomless pisco brunch

More Peruvian news as there's a new brunch menu incoming from Pachamama this weekend and it DOES sound lovely. Plus there's the frankly dangerous sounding bottomless pisco side of it that could be completely lethal.

On the menu will be:

  • Sweet potato or quinoa waffle brunch waffles - either sweet (Peruvian chocolate, toasted quinoa ice cream, cacao crumb) or savoury (Peruvian fried chicken, yacon & aji syrup)
  • Pan con chicharrón - Galician beef patty, pork belly chicharrón, ají rocoto ketchup, ají amarillo mustard and salsa criolla in a cream bun.
  • Suckling lamb leg - Pulled from the bone and marinated in ají panca and huacatay. Served with burnt onions, mint crème fraîche and coriander crumbs.
  • Pollo a la brasa - 1/2 a free-range chicken, brined, marinated for 2 days and charcoal-grilled, Peruvian style. Served with house jerk sauce and ají amarillo mayonnaise.

Plus ceviche, of course. As for the bottomless menus, the Bottomless Pisco Punch set menus include a snack, waffle and side with unlimited Pisco Punch (Pisco, apple, pineapple and orange) for £39 or ceviche, brunch special, side or dessert with unlimited Pisco Punch for £46.

The Pachamama Spring brunch starts on 23 April at 18 Thayer Street, London W1U 3JY. They'll be offering 50% off food for the first two weekends 23/24 April and 30 April/1 May. For more, follow them on Twitter @pachamama_ldn

50% off food for the first two weekends (sorry, I am an idiot!) - that’s 23rd and 24th and then on 30th April and 1st May.
