Forget about Michelin-starred chefs and their high-end fripperies, this week's foodie heroine is indisputably Gill Holcome, whom the Mail this week dubs the No Money Nigella. We love the 'it may be a recession read but that's no reason why my book can't have an unfeasibly long title' book title How to feed your whole family a healthy, balanced diet with very little money and hardly any time, even if you have a tiny kitchen, only three saucepans (one with an ill-fitting lid) and no fancy gadgets unless you count the garlic crusher and so does the book-buying public it seems as the title's on its fifth reprint.
