Hoppers and Chick n Sours are already rightly well known for some amazing chicken in their restaurants (both examples pictured above) and now these titans are teaming up for one night only for a special menu at Carl Clarke's Chick n Sours in Haggerston. We've had a quick look at the menu and it looks GREAT:
- Devilled chicken wings
- Tenders with Podi and mutton roll sauce
- Bun - Fried thigh with gotukola and tamarind and ginger mayo
- Charred hispi with kiri hodi and toasted cashew
- Durian soft serve with jaggery & puffed red rice
The whole event, Chick n Sours vs Hoppers, is running from mid-day to midnight at Chick n Sours on Saturday 4 June and it's walk-ins only. So that's definitely a date to put in the diary right now.
