Hawksmoor night at Pitt Cue Co on the South Bank

If you're inspired by Marina O'Loughlin's review of street food in the Metro, you might want to put Wednesday 6th July and Sunday 10th July in your diary.

For one night only, Richard Turner, Head Chef and Will Beckett, co-owner of Hawksmoor will be taking over Pitt Cue Co for the evening, between 6 and 10pm. That night, you'll be able to work your way through the BBQ truck's usual menu, as well as trying Hawksmoor Ribs, Hawksmoor Kimchi and the 'Not Dog' (with pork, beef and Richard's top secret spicing)

Will's going to be in charge of drinks, serving up the two new Hawksmoor beers - Seven Barrels Red Rye and Devil's Architect Pale Ale as well as Shaky Pete's Ginger Brew and Red Rye and Rye Whisky Boilermakers (beer and a shot).

On top of this, we also hear that Spuntino will be providing some of its famous bourbon brownies at a Tweat Up event being hosted by Giant Robot owner Johnathan Downey at Pitt Cue Co on Sunday 10th July - details of that coming soon.

Pitt Cue Co is under Hungerford Bridge, Belvedere Road, South Bank, SE1 8XX
