Four Winters liquid nitrogen ice-cream parlour is opening on Gloucester Road

fourwinters

It's officially Spring, so what better time to open a liquid nitrogen ice cream parlour? Four Winters is an ice-cream company with its roots in Jordan. They're bringing their high tech take on ice-cream to Gloucester Road with their first London parlour opening in April.

If you've ever tried this kind of ice-cream, made while you wait (maybe at Camden's Chin Chin Labs), it's incredibly smooth. Four Winters have some rather lovely flavours planned too:

  • The Bee’s Knees – a sweet cream blended with honey and homemade spicy honey brittle
  • Afternoon Tea - bite-size chunks of freshly baked scone with swirls of strawberry jam
  • German Chocolate Cake - Sweet, fudgy brownies and nutty coconut mixed with chocolate ice cream, and then topped with a drizzle of caramel
  • Rose Lokum – This spring favourite combines rose with Turkish delight and tea biscuits for a delicious floral, fragrant treat

Four Winters Gloucester Road opens 7 April 2016 at 103 Gloucester Road, London SW7 4RH. Keep up with their news on Twitter @Four_Winters
