What: Burger & Beyond and Other Side Fried

In a nutshell: Burgers meet fried chicken in Soho

Summing it all up: The two street food vendors are teaming up for a three-month residency at Dirty Harry’s Soho on Wardour Street, where there’ll be toppings like pancetta bacon, crispy chicken skin and tarragon mayo.

The low-down

Dirty Harry’s Soho is set to be the new home of a collaboration residency between Burger & Beyond teaming up with the Other Side Fried. The vendors will be rolling out familiar favourites like the Cheese Burger, made with 45-day aged beef and double American cheese (with optional extra patty), while the Hot Mess has the welcome additions of spicy pepper jack cheese, fiery jalapenos and chipotle mayo. If that’s not quite beefy enough for you, there’s The Cliff, with a patty aged for a whopping 90 days, which is topped with pancetta bacon and a dollop of tarragon mayo.

For those in more of a chicken mood, other Side Fried will be doling out fried chicken burgers like their American-influenced Buffalo burger with ranch dressing and hot sauce, or the Honey Butter burger, with smoked honey butter and bacon. There’ll also be plenty of sides to choose from, like fried chicken strips with cocoa and chilli salt with maple, smoked mash with chicken gravy and crispy onions, loaded waffle fries and Cajun waffle fries.

Without a doubt though, the standout dish is Beyond The Other Side, the ultimate combination of the partnership. As well as beef, it also comes with some fried chicken skin - just the skin - as well as all the aforementioned smoked honey butter, pancetta bacon and tarragon mayo, which then is all layered together in one very exciting sounding (and frankly amazing looking) burger.
