Back in 2022 when Brindisa opened their spin-off restaurant, Bar Kroketa, devoted to all things croquetas, we were early fans. So we're very much behind the news that they're getting ready to expand with a second restaurant.
They've taken on the old Euphorium bakery space on St Christopher's Place, just off Oxford Street, where they'll be serving up both their amazing croquetas but also a menu of small dishes that will change every day.
Talking to industry title Propel they said the new place would be "A continental bar with Spain front and centre... this new space will be reminiscent of the pintxo bars that line the streets of Bilbao and San Sebastian, showcasing the finest Spanish ingredients that are allowed to flourish in an unfussy menu with simplicity at its heart."
As you'd expect from a pintxo bar, this new space will also have a range of bar snacks available on the counter. This should certainly go down very well with shoppers wanting to pop in for a snack and a glass of wine.
