If you're in the Spitalfield area - there are two promising new traders to check out.
First up is Pizza Guys. They hail from Italy, having kicked off things in Caserta back in 2020. They've brought Neapolitan pizzas to the market and are a bit fond of limited-edition crossover specials like a Korean Kimchi Pizza and Shakshuka Pizza. Here, you'll also find their deep-fried pizza fritti if you're in the area and looking for a snack.
Then there's The Grime Burger. You may have seen them on delivery sites under their other guise - Wagyu Co. That name gives a clue to what they do - British Wagyu beef burgers. Their signature is the Master Grime Burger - with either double or triple wagyu patties, blue cheese, pancetta, rocket, tomato, Grime sauce and pickles.
Pizza Guys are open now - and look out for those Grime Burgers very soon.
