The man behind Macellaio RC, Roberto Costa, is trying something different for his next opening, Fish Game in Canary Wharf.
That name should give you a pretty big clue as to what to expect. Yes, it's a menu of fish and game dishes and, similarly to Macellaio RC, everything will be cooked over a charcoal grill.
The menu includes:
- Rabbit croquettes with marjoram mayonnaise and lemon zest
- Crab and pork bao with curry sauce
- Tigella bread with offal, rabbit, lemon and parsley gravy
- Mussels with venison nduja
- Sea bream butterfly with Datterini tomato, taggiasca olives and pine nuts
Apparently, we can also expect a Tequila bar - something we can imagine going down very well with the Canary Wharf locals.
