It 100% feels like ramen weather out there at the moment. So, if you're missing slurping down a bowl of warming goodness in a London restaurant, we have news of a new delivery service bringing it to you.
Dinings SW3 has a special limited edition dish on offer this month. Their build-your-own ramen experience is a new meal kit available as part of their At Home service.
Chef Masaki Sugisaki's ‘Susuru by Masaki’, is a slurp-tastic soupy delight which takes the restaurant three days to make. The ramen's broth is one-part stock made from Cornish red chickens and one-part stock made from shiitake mushrooms, to which you add traditional Taka-Suimen noodles. Alongside that, the kit includes a whole load of extras to add in including barbecued ‘Chai Sui’ cornfed chicken slices, soft boiled Nitamago egg marinated in white soy and yuzu kosho, yuzu zest, nori seaweed sheets and Shiraga negi.
Sounds like a sure-fire way to beat the stay-at-home blues this January.
